At Master's Plan Construction, we are able to assist you in all aspects of construction, from design to completion.
Planning your project
Many people don't think to involve a construction company until a location is already selected. While that is certainly something that we can work with, sometimes your contractor can help you identify unforeseen costs associated with developing your site. Some of the steps involved in planning include:

- Codes review to make sure that everything is completely legal with the proposed building
Designing/Building
So how does this process work exactly? The very first thing you need is an idea. Think about what you want your new home or office to look like, and then communicate that vision with our designers. Our architects will then take your idea and develop a set of plans. Once plans are approved and a contract is signed, we will begin site preparation and apply for required permits. Once permits are issued, the construction process begins!
We will work together to make sure that we keep open communication between the client and builder, creating greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
